Capulet Square a fight against the reign of terror

The Rouge Director is a British citizen resident in Japan who has a leased property at Capulet Square. We are not clear idea on his background and or education (if any) what we know if that he claimed to be a recruiter consultant. As you can image with this curriculum the jump to become the only director and property manager of an estate in East London is bizarre to say the least. But let's stay on point. As we said previously he took control of the Estate by convincing a group of leaseholders that there was an estate to be saved and that he was the best candidate to do so. In reality he lied to them under the promise that an RTM would have been the voice of the leaseholders giving higher priority to their interests rather than the interest of the freeholder... this was a very big mistake!

What is Capulet Square? Capulet Square is an Estate complex in East London composed by 4 blocks: Bailey House, Wealden House, Shire House and Padstone House and 3 buildings with 104 Flats... a pretty big complex One of the key feature of the Estate is its location 1 min walk to the Brombley by Bow underground station The development was completed in 2006 and most of the owners bought the flats for investment reasons off-plan from the developer (Berkley). Most of leaseholders are not resident and a good part of them is resident abroad. These factors played a big role in what has happened at Capulet Square When the Freeholder - Fairhold Artemis- took over from the developer, they appointed Trinity Estates as the Building Manager. In an Estate over 100 flats it is a must to have a professional firm running the operations (including the service charge collection) Trinity, the Rouge and the First-tier Tribunal Back in early 2010s a burglary case happened in the Estate that together...

Another day another fight, the endless battle @Capulet Square We have decided to put some thoughts in writing as the fight against the reign of terror that a Rouge Director (aka the Rouge or the Rat) has created needs to have a single place where memories of the happenings are logged for future generation. In this blog we will put some thoughts, a bit of history, myth debunks and informations on what the new management at Capulet Square has tried (and is trying) to achieve that summarised in a few words: transparency, common sense and legality!
