The Rouge Director is a British citizen resident in Japan who has a leased property at Capulet Square. We are not clear idea on his background and or education (if any) what we know if that he claimed to be a recruiter consultant. As you can image with this curriculum the jump to become the only director and property manager of an estate in East London is bizarre to say the least. But let's stay on point. As we said previously he took control of the Estate by convincing a group of leaseholders that there was an estate to be saved and that he was the best candidate to do so. In reality he lied to them under the promise that an RTM would have been the voice of the leaseholders giving higher priority to their interests rather than the interest of the freeholder... this was a very big mistake!
